The Taurus G2c is a striker fired (DA/SA), recoil-operated, semi automatic pistol developed by Forjas Taurus, a famous firearms manufacturer from Brazil. The pistol was introduced in 2018 and it’s an updated version of the older Taurus  PT111 Millennium G2. Due to its tiny size and extremely low price tag, the G2c model is an ideal everyday concealed carry and self-defense handgun.

The Taurus G2C is chambered for the 9x19mm Parabellum, one of the most popular self-defense and service calibers. However, there’s also another G2c version available, chambered for the .40 S&W caliber. The Taurus G2c 9mm model comes with a double stack magazine that takes in up to 12+1 rounds of ammo, which means the G2c offers capacity like no other handgun in its size category. And what’s even more astounding is the fact that the default capacity can be extended up to incredible 32+1 rounds.

Due to its tiny size and cheap price, the Taurus G2c 9mm ranks among the most popular CCW handguns currently available on the market. The overall length of the G2c is 6.25’’ and the pistol’s barrel is mere 3.25 inches long. Due to these parameters, the G2c is categorized as a micro/sub-compact pistol. The Taurus G2c also comes with a 3-dot adjustable sights system.

The MSRP of $250 makes the Taurus G2c an extremely budget-friendly carry option. Just like most other striker-fired pistols, the G2c is also fully made of polymer. The pistol also features an accessory rail, which means it can be easily upgraded with a tactical light or laser.
